Urna will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Premium-installation är ett installationspaket för dig som gärna låter ett proffs ordna med allt. I denna installationstjänst bär installatören in din nya värmepump och ser till att den kopplas upp mot ditt befintliga system. Efter installationen tar installatören med sig din gamla värmepump och kör den till en återvinningsplats. En elektriker kommer att finnas på plats för att säkra att frånluftspumpen får rätt spänning. Tänk på att installation endast utförs om det är ett utbyte av en befintligt pump till en ny. Värmesystem och ventilationskanaler kopplas båda upp mot de redan befintliga systemen. Du kan välja att köpa installationen med eller utan rotavdrag. Det är ditt ansvar att ha koll på att du uppfyller kraven på rotavdrag.
